White Horse Venue is not just a rustic barn. We blend the old with the new, the vintage with the contemporary. This vibe was intentional because we want the events that want to bling it up to bling it up, AND the events that want it to just keep it simple. We have been told our property is to vast for a website to do us justice, so schedule a tour and see for yourself.
We are unique in that as soon as you pull on the property, you come away. When you first turn off Yates Road, you are met with beautiful oaks across the drive, lit with market lights to our grand Chandelier reception area. When it comes to the event time, we pull out all the stops. This is not just a little yard, it is an 80-acre ranch, and a lot of love goes into your day of love. Lounge areas in place, tables, chairs, White China, and silverware polished and placed at each table. From the time you are here, we are here with you.
Events last a day, but memories last a lifetime. It's almost like a roller coaster ride you wait and wait and then you get to the "ride of your life,” and it's amazing. We start bookings as far as two years out, so along that way it may be an event for one day, but memories begin from the first moment you step foot at White Horse Venue, so its the memories that are lasting this life time. Let's start by answering some of your questions.
What Is the maximum capacity of the venue?
We've never actually maxed it out. However, we have had events with 300+.
What is the minimum number of guests required to book the venue?
50
Do we have to use your vendors?
We do require you to use our in house executive catering team and bar service, however, you can select you other out side Vendors as long as they are licensed and insured.
what kind of setting does our venue offer?
We are offer the option to have a covered or uncovered outdoor area.
Which of the following wedding events does our venue service?
White Horse Venue can service the ceremony, reception, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
what event services does white horse Venue offer?
White Horse Venue provides the Venue & Menu along with several additional services and rentals.
what transportation and access is available?
We offer both parking and wheelchair access.
what months are included in our peak season?
Our peak season falls is October through December and picks back up February and March.
When is your off peak season?
We are closed for weddings April through September.
Are the horses available for animal interaction?
No. We do not offer horseback riding, pictures with the horses, or animal interaction. Each horse is individually owned and go out to the pastures during events for the protection of the animals and our guests.
Are you an all-inclusive venue?
No we are not. We offer you the basics plus a little extra, but allow you to bring in your own vendors.
How can we become a vendor?
To be honest, it is hard for us to recommend anyone we have not had the pleasure of working with or seeing in action. We only recommend the absolute best to our clients. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
