What Is the maximum capacity of the venue?
We've never actually maxed it out. However, we have had events with 300+.
What is the minimum number of guests required to book the venue?
50
Do we have to use your vendors?
No, of course not. However, all vendors must be Licensed and Insured.
what kind of setting does our venue offer?
We are offer the option to have a covered or uncovered outdoor area.
Which of the following wedding events does our venue service?
White Horse Venue can service the ceremony, reception, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
what event services does white horse Venue offer?
Our venue comes with a complimentary Event Planner, Event Setup & Clean Up, Bridal/Groom Suites, Liability Insurance, & Outside Vendors.
what transportation and access is available?
We offer both parking and wheelchair access.
what months are included in our peak season?
Our peak season falls is October through December and picks back up February and March.
When is your off peak season?
We are closed for weddings April through September.
Are the horses available for animal interaction?
No. We do not offer horseback riding, pictures with the horses, or animal interaction. Each horse is individually owned and go out to the pastures during events for the protection of the animals and our guests.
Are you an all-inclusive venue?
No we are not. We offer you the basics plus a little extra, but allow you to bring in your own vendors.
How can we become a vendor?
